Gisele Barbosa

I am a bachelor in Pharmacy and PhD in Pharmacology and Medicinal Chemistry. I am currently Postdoctoral Researcher in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetic at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. During The Brazilian Symposium on Medicinal Chemistry, I have the opportunity to know about the WCAIR because of the expertise in drug discovery including Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetic studies at the University of Dundee. The projects in neglected diseases had me choose WCAIR to come and learn from experts in the area. The training team was extremely friendly and supportive and I am sure that my training brings benefits to our projects and scientific partners engaged in drug discovery.
