Jasmine (Jasminum officinale L.)

Why it’s in the garden

Jasmine contains Salicylic Acid, like willow. It is commonly taken as a tea.

Jasmine is a deciduous climber, which is why we have planted it on either side of the arch. It has cream/white flowers and a strong fragrance.

Care and Maintenance

As the jasmine grows it should be trained over, and entwined in, the arch.
