Royal Society of Chemistry Christmas Lecture for Schools

Liquid nitrogen ice cream as part of our public engagement

Join us for either the 10-11am show or the 1-2pm afternoon slot of what is sure to be a highlight of the festive season.

The lecture will be an interactive and demonstrative showcase of medicinal chemistry and drug discovery primarily aimed at S1-S3 students, but older students with an interest pursuing a career in chemistry would also be welcome. Delivered by our highly-trained scientists, the session will give you and your pupils a real inside view on the world of drug discovery, and some ideas of the fascinating careers that Chemistry can open up.

Tickets are free, and the Royal Society of Chemistry have funding available to support anyone who needs help with any aspects of logistics. Just let us know through the ticket form and we’ll be in touch.
