Drug Discovery Africa-Registration and Venue Information
Registration for the conference covers all scientific sessions and the Wednesday and Thursday evening social events.
Delegates are responsible for booking their own travel to and from the conference and arranging accommodation.
We have organised special rates for delegates at a number of hotels local to the University of Ghana Campus. Please contact the hotels directly to make your booking using the reference ‘Drug Discovery Conference at UG‘.

Important Notice
If you are submitting an abstract and applying for a travel bursary please do not register until after you hear the outcome of your application . Free registration tickets will be made available to everyone offered a travel bursary.
Registration will close on Friday 31st January 2025 at 2330 GMT.
Travel bursaries
Aligning with WCAIR and the Universities of Dundee and Ghana mission for training and capability building we are keen to make the conference accessible to early career researchers (PhD students and post doctoral research associates) by offering bursaries to cover registration, accommodation and travel costs to ECRs who would otherwise not have funds to attend the meeting. All ECRs who submit an abstract for a poster or short-talk will be eligible for a bursary. If you wish to be considered please tick the box on the abstract submission form and submit a brief statement to explain why a bursary would allow you to attend the conference.
Applications for Travel bursaries should be made through the Abstract submission form.
The conference is being held at the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER) Conference Centre, University of Ghana, Accra.
